Memory
Behind every flavour lies a geography; behind that geography, a history — hands that touch the soil, years spent by the fire, a culture of production stretching from coast to plain, and a vast memory passed from generation to generation.
Adana's story begins here. Fertile lands from the Taurus to Çukurova, the plain brought to life by the Seyhan and Ceyhan, Mediterranean coastlines, citrus groves, fields, markets, neighbourhood kitchens and millennia of cultural encounters… Together they have shaped not only distinctive dishes, but a distinctive table culture.
In Adana, food means gathering. Sharing. Making room for the guest. It is the trust a master leaves to an apprentice, a mother to a child, one generation to the next.

Tenth Year
Ten years ago, Adana Flavour Festival set out to bring this great heritage to one table. Since then fires have been lit, tables set, recipes shared — and Adana's flavours have met millions of guests.
The tenth year is not only a celebration of time gone by. It is a chance to rethink the festival's future — opening a new chapter centred on land, producers, masters and cultural heritage.
Adana's gastronomic richness cannot fit into a single dish. It lives in the smoke rising from the coals and in the scent of citrus blossom; in the sharpness of şalgam and the cool of bici bici; along the Karataş shores, among Taurus herbs, in the producer working the field, the master in the neighbourhood alley, and the hands of women keeping traditional recipes alive at home. In its heat — and in its sweetness.

Tenfold Flavour
"Tenfold Flavour" is therefore more than wordplay. It is the shared expression of a decade of festival memory — of countless cultures, products, masters, producers, recipes and stories.
This year we set our table once more. Protecting our past, sharing our present, and shaping the gastronomy of the future together… With its heat and its sweetness… 10th Year. Tenfold Flavour.
