Far More Than One Flavour
Adana cannot be told through a single dish. The city’s gastronomy is nourished by Çukurova’s fertile soil, the life-giving waters of the Seyhan and Ceyhan, the flora of the Taurus Mountains, citrus groves and the Karataş coastline.
Adana Taste Festival brings producers, women cooperatives, masters, chefs, academics and gastronomy enthusiasts to the same table. It makes traditional knowledge visible, supports local production and carries Adana’s culinary heritage into the future.
A true gastronomy festival gains meaning not only from the flavours it offers, but from the values it protects, the knowledge it creates and the legacy it leaves.
Ten Years at the Same Table
A festival begins with the first fire lit; what grows it are the people who gather around that fire, the recipes shared and the memories collected together. For ten years Adana Taste Festival has brought the city’s masters, producers and hospitality together with guests from Türkiye and the world.
Now, in the tenth year of this great gathering, we look to our past with respect and set a stronger table for the future of Adana gastronomy.
