The International Adana Taste Festival is a major gastronomy gathering organised to present Adana’s deep culinary culture, production strength and table tradition at national and international scale.
The festival treats not only the city’s best-known flavours, but also the land, water, biodiversity, producers and living culinary knowledge that create them as a whole. The fertile plains of Çukurova, the rich flora of the Taurus, citrus groves, the Karataş coast, local production and craft passed from generation to generation form its foundation.
Each year Adana’s masters, local businesses, producers, women cooperatives, national and international chefs, gastronomy writers and visitors gather at the same table. Chef shows, workshops, panels, competitions, tastings and cultural events make the city’s gastronomic wealth visible from many angles.

A city's flavour is not told through recipes alone. Behind that flavour lies a geography; behind that geography, a history.
From the fertile lands stretching from the Taurus to Çukurova, the plain brought to life by the Seyhan and Ceyhan, the Mediterranean coastlines, citrus groves and thousands of years of cultural encounters… All these values have created a distinctive table culture.
Ten years ago the Adana Taste Festival set out to bring this great heritage together at the same table. From that day to this, hearths burned, tables were set, recipes were shared and Adana's flavour met millions of guests.
But the tenth year is not only about celebrating time past. It is about rethinking the festival's future and opening the door to a new era centred on soil, producer, master and cultural heritage.
Because Adana's gastronomic richness cannot fit into a single dish.
In Adana, food is meeting. It is sharing. It is making room for the guest.
Adana is there in the smoke rising over the embers.
Adana is there in the coolness of bici bici.
On the Karataş coastlines, in the herbs of the Taurus, in the producer working the field, in the neighbourhood master…
This year we set our table anew.
Ten-Fold Flavour is the shared expression of a ten-year festival memory; of dozens of cultures, products, masters, producers, recipes and stories.
