Every plate's story begins with the producer. Adana Flavour Festival makes farmers, fishers, beekeepers, livestock producers, small-scale food makers and local cooperatives visible actors of the festival.
Producers are not merely participants who sell products — they are carriers of knowledge, experience and culture.
