A geographical indication protects the historical, cultural and productive bond between a product and a specific region. The festival aims not only to promote Adana's GI products, but also to safeguard their authentic recipes, ingredients and production standards.
Each product in this section should publish its own information card, the master's account, the recipe's history and the correct production criteria.
