The festival's aim is not for visitors to consume a single product, but to experience Adana's many flavours. Participant businesses are therefore encouraged to offer small, affordably priced tasting portions alongside standard servings.
For every product, the name, portion weight, standard price, tasting-portion price, ingredients and allergen information are published clearly. Festival management monitors price–portion balance, advertised pricing and product standards.
Transparent, accessible and auditable tasting menus are updated before and during the festival.
