A Ten-Year Story of Gathering
Adana Flavour Festival was first held in 2017 to introduce Adana's local and traditional culinary culture on a national and international scale.

From its earliest years, the festival has embraced not only Adana kebab, but street flavours, home cooking, agricultural products, seafood and the productive diversity of Çukurova.
Over the years it has brought local masters and businesses together with visitors, hosted national and international chefs, organised gastronomy shows and workshops, carried culinary cultures from many countries to Adana, built exchange with gastronomy cities across Türkiye, and contributed to the city's tourism and destination identity.
Past editions have also welcomed participants from Mediterranean basin countries and cities in the UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy network. The tenth year marks the start of a new era — transforming this strong public participation into a more qualified, sustainable and documented gastronomic heritage.
