At the same table with the world

Adana's gastronomic strength comes not only from its well-known dishes, but from the production ecosystem, cultural diversity, traditional knowledge and living table culture that create them.
The festival welcomes UNESCO Cities of Gastronomy from Türkiye — including Gaziantep, Hatay and Afyonkarahisar — and guest cities from around the world to the same table.
Local masters and national and international chefs meet in shared kitchen workshops, on stage and in talks built around Adana’s products.
